As this spring turned out to be as unseasonably warm as the whole winter had been, we got to see coleseed fields in bright yellow much earlier this year. Especially the area where my parents live seems to be typical for coleseed cultivation. I am always impressed by the imposingness of the coleseed's yellow against the May-typical blue of the sky.
